Mr Inspector is a fully qualified building inspector and has been conducting pre-purchase building inspections & termite inspections around the Melbourne area since 2004.

The purpose of a building inspection is to identify visible major defects, safety hazards & minor defects & explain what they are, where they are & what needs to be done to have rectified.

Mr Inspector provides a 80-120 page inspection report with colour photographs emailed to you on the same day. Mr Inspector is then available to assist on phone up until 10.30 pm each night. Mr Inspector
